Retirement Homes – Senecura Central SI d.o.o.

For the client SeneCura Central SI d.o.o., we carried out the construction of three nursing homes for the elderly in Žiri, Komenda and Pivka. Comprehensive construction, craft and installation works (CCI works) were carried out, including external landscaping and utility infrastructure. The buildings are constructed using a reinforced concrete structure, partially combined with masonry walls, founded on a foundation slab, and classified under CC-SI 11302 – residential buildings for other social groups. The nursing homes are designed with multiple floors (ground floor + 3 floors) and include residential units for residents, common and multipurpose areas, kitchens, service spaces, and a landscaped outdoor area with green and parking areas. Special emphasis was placed on functionality, safety, and a pleasant living environment for both residents and staff.
